Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 working days*
*Some remote areas and other rural areas may take longer

Any orders received on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on a working day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be delays. If this is the case, we will notify you of any changes to the processing time.

International Shipping Policy

The shipping processing times and costs are based on the weight of the parcel and the delivery address. Please contact us with the items you wish to purchase, the recipient’s delivery address including the country, and the recipient’s contact number before placing your order and we will provide a quote within 3 working days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will provide you with the tracking information within 2 working days of shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
