1. Yatra Details

This 7-day spiritual Yatra covers the sacred pastime places of Lord Krishna within a 250 km radius of the Braj region. The package includes 7 nights and 8 days of accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshments), guided visits to all major temples, and comfortable transportation in air-conditioned 4-wheeler cars.


2. Booking and Payment

The total cost of the Yatra is as follows:

For individuals above 12 years of age: 25,000 per person*

For children between 4 and 12 years of age: 15,000 per person*

For children below 4 years of age: No payment required*

*Costs are inclusive of all applicable government taxes.

An advance payment of 5,000 is required to confirm the registration, which must be completed by 30th June 2025. The remaining amount must be paid by 31st August 2025. Payment can be made via website.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made on or before 30th September 2025 will receive the following refund:

Above 12 years: 20,000 per person

Children 4–12 years: 10,000 per person No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations.

Cancellations made after 30th September 2025 are non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), the Yatra may be rescheduled, and refunds will be processed at the discretion of the organizers.

4. Accommodation and Meals

We offer clean, comfortable, and peaceful accommodations suitable for spiritual travelers. Depending on the location, stays may be arranged in hotels, guesthouses, or ashram-style lodgings. Rooms are typically provided on a twin-sharing basis unless specified otherwise.

Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshments) will be pure vegetarian, sattvic prasadi. Any special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.

5. Travel and Safety

Participants must adhere to the itinerary and the guidelines provided by the Yatra organizers. The organizers are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings. Basic first aid will be available, but participants are responsible for carrying their own prescribed medicines.


6. Code of Conduct

This is a spiritual Yatra, and participants are expected to maintain decorum and respect the sanctity of the places visited.

The appropriate dress code for the Yatra is as follows:

Women: Saree, Salwar Kameez, long skirt with top, pants with Kurti

Men: Kurta with dhoti/pyjama/pants Clothing must be comfortable, ethnic, and should cover the sleeves and be ankle-length.

Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited during the Yatra. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Yatra without a refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers will make every effort to ensure a smooth and safe experience, but they are not liable for any unforeseen incidents, injuries, or losses during the Yatra. Participants join the Yatra at their own risk and are encouraged to arrange personal travel insurance if needed.
