General Information
1. What is included in the fee?
The fee covers 7 nights and 8 days of accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshments), guided visits to all major temples, and comfortable transportation in air-conditioned 4-wheeler cars.
2. What is the duration of the trip?
The trip lasts 7 nights and 8 days, during which we will visit the sacred pastime places of Lord Shri Krishn within 250 km of the Braj region.
3. Which destinations/temples will be covered on the trip?
A detailed itinerary will be shared closer to the yatra date.
4. Is the trip suitable for senior citizens and families?
Yes, the trip is thoughtfully designed for all age groups, including senior citizens and families, with comfortable arrangements throughout. While most locations are accessible by car, please note that some sites may require a short walk or climbing stairs.
Booking & Payment
5. What is the cost of the trip?
a. For individuals above 12 years of age: ₹25,000 per person*
b. For children between 4 and 12 years of age: ₹15,000 per person*
c. For children below 4 years of age: No payment required* *Costs are inclusive of all applicable government taxes.

7. What are the payment options?
We accept bank transfers, UPI, and cash.
8. What is the registration fee?
The registration fee is ₹5,000, payable by 30th June 2025.
9. By when should I make the remaining payment?
The remaining payment should be made immediately or by 31st August 2025, at the latest.
10. Is the fee refundable in case of cancellation?
The registration fee of ₹5,000 is non-refundable (except for children under 4 years of age). The last date for cancellation is 30th September 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
11. Can I transfer my booking to someone else if I’m unable to go?
Yes, bookings can be transferred at least 7 days before the trip starts.
12. What documents do I need to carry?
You must carry a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport) and a printed or digital copy of your registration confirmation.
13. Can I register on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can register for family or friends, but their details must be submitted at the time of registration.
14. Can I make a group booking?
Yes, group bookings are available. Payments can be made for any number of persons, however, registration forms still needs to be filled per individual.
15. Do I need a physical ticket or is a confirmation email enough?
A digital copy of your booking confirmation is required at check-in.
16. Will I receive a registration confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
17. What is the last date to register?
The last date to register is 31st August 2025.

We encourage digital payments.
19. Are there any additional taxes or hidden charges?
No, the price is all-inclusive.
Cancellations & Refunds
20. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made before 30th September 2025 are eligible for a partial refund:
a. Above 12 years: ₹20,000 per person
b. Children 4–12 years: ₹10,000 per person No refunds for last-minute cancellations.
21. How do I cancel my booking?

22. Will I get a full refund if I cancel?
No. A cancellation fee of ₹5,000 will be deducted for participants aged 4 and above. A full refund of ₹5,000 is available for children under 4 years.
23. What if I need to leave the trip early?
No refunds will be provided for early departures.

24. What type of accommodation will be provided?
We offer clean, comfortable, and peaceful accommodations suitable for spiritual travelers. Depending on the location, stays may be arranged in hotels, guesthouses, or ashram-style lodgings. Rooms are typically on a twin-sharing basis unless specified otherwise.
25. What kind of meals will be provided?
We serve pure vegetarian satvik prasadi meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Travel & Logistics
26. What mode of transport will be used?
Air-conditioned 4-wheeler cars.
27. From where does the Yatra start and end each day?
Each day will begin and end at your accommodation in Vrindavan.
28. Will there be a tour guide during the Yatra?
Yes, a knowledgeable Panda (traditional guide) will accompany us throughout, sharing insights into the sacred places, their history, and spiritual significance.
Other Considerations
29. Will medical assistance be available in case of emergency?
Yes, basic medical support will be available, and emergency help will be arranged if needed.
30. Can I bring my children?
Yes, children are welcome and must be registered.
31. Is photography allowed in temples?
Photography rules vary by temple. Please follow each temple’s guidelines.
32. What is the appropriate dress code?
Wear modest, traditional Indian clothing covering sleeves and ankles.
a. Women: Saree, salwar kameez, long skirt with top, or pants with kurti
b. Men: Kurta with dhoti, pajama, or pants Carry winter clothing as required.
33. Will there be free time for personal exploration?
Yes, some free time will be available in the evenings after returning to the accommodation.

34. Can I extend my stay beyond the 8-day trip?
The official trip duration is 8 days. Any extended stay must be arranged independently.
35. Will there be sankirtan or bhajans during the trip?
Yes, devotional sessions including sankirtans and Kathas by Maharaj Ji will be held daily at selected locations.
36. Can I skip certain temple visits if I need rest?
Yes, you may rest at your convenience. However, the group itinerary will proceed as planned.

Some temples may require walking or climbing stairs.
