1. Trip Details
- This 7-day spiritual trip covers historical temples and Leela places of Shri Radha and Krishna across the 84 Kos Braj region.
- The package includes accommodation for 7 nights, meals - breakfast, lunch, refreshments for 8 days and guided visits with transit through 4-wheel cars.
- The trip costs Rs 25,000 (inclusive of all applicable government taxes) per person.
2. Booking and Payment
The total cost of the trip is as follows-
- Rs 30,000 per person above the age of 12 years*
- Rs 15,000 per person aged between 4 years to 12 years*
- No payment or registration is required for children below 4 years of age

- An advance payment of Rs 5,000 is required to confirm the registration, which must be completed by 30th June 2025.
- The remaining amount must be paid by 31st August 2025.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made on or before 31st October 2025 will receive a refund of the following amount -
- Rs 25,000 per person above the age of 12 years*
- Rs 10,000 per person aged between 4 years to 12 years*
*Costs inclusive of all applicable government taxes
- Cancellations made post-31st October 2025 are non-refundable.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), the trip may be rescheduled, and refunds will be processed at the discretion of the organizer.
4. Accommodation and Meals
- Stay will be arranged in clean and comfortable twin-sharing accommodations.
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, refreshments) provided will be vegetarian, sattvic prasadi.
- Any special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.
5. Travel and Safety
- Participants must adhere to the itinerary and guidelines provided by the trip organisers.
- The organisers are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
- Basic first aid will be available, but participants are responsible for carrying their own prescribed medicines.
6. Code of Conduct
- This is a spiritual journey, and participants are expected to maintain decorum and respect the sanctity of the places visited.
- The appropriate dress code for the trip is as follows-
- Comfortable, ethnic, Indian attire that covers sleeves and ankle-length
- Women - Saree, Salwar Kameez, Long skirt with top, Pants with Kurti
- Men - Kurta with Dhoti/Paijama/Pants
- Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited during the trip.
- Any disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the trip without a refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- The organisers will ensure a smooth and safe experience, but they are not liable for any unforeseen incidents, injuries, or losses during the trip.
- Participants join the trip at their own risk and are encouraged to have personal travel insurance if required.
